The hermetic valves of ventilation systems are designed for installation on the air ducts

of ventilation systems, as shut-off devices in exhaust pipes

of diesel engines to reliably isolate the premises from the outside environment.

Installation: When installing the hermetic ventilation valve - hermetic valve - any position is possible, allowed by the actuator and which does not interfere with the control of the valve.

Main components of the butterfly valve double eccentric

  1. Body
  2. Plate (closing device, provides hermetic closing of the hermetic valve's passageway) Sealing device ensures leak-tight closing of the hermetic valve passage)
  3. Lever (presses the disc against the valve body seat)
  4. Axle (connects the pallet to the lever)
  5. Spring (secures pallet to flow)
  6. Shaft (imparts motion from the actuator to the pallet lever)
  7. Electric / manual actuator (transmits rotation to the shaft)
  8. Restrictor (creates valve operating conditions at any position of the shaft, is fastened with a pin, acts as a thrust bearing).

The principle of the hermetic valve:

The body of the pressurized valve with electric actuator is connected to the duct / gas duct by means of mating flanges (the ends of the ventilation pipes must be in a reinforced position so that the load from the duct is not transferred to the bolted couplings of the flanges).

Opening of the valve (leakage class A): the electric actuator (manual drive) turns the shaft connected to the disc: the disc starts to detach from the body seat, turning by means of a spring. When the shaft rotates 90°, the pallet, together with the lever, becomes parallel to the axis line of the passage for the free passage of the air medium.

When the electric motor microswitch is actuated - the shaft movement stops: the pallet rotates 90° and stops parallel to the seating part, tightly drawn to the housing seating part.

Mounting: connection to pipeline - flange, mounting position - any (preferably: on horizontal pipeline - drive shaft axis above the pipeline axis, on vertical pipeline - with location of the disc above the seal).
