Explosion relief valve is used on industrial gas ducts (power plants, in systems (paths) of dust preparation of boiler plants, on gas ducts of furnaces and steam boilers, furnace chambers, etc.) to prevent destruction during explosion of coal dust, combustible gases, etc.

Explosion-proof valve is a hole in the gas duct, closed - by a diaphragm (aluminum sheet or asbestos cloth) - easily destructible in the moment of explosion. Standard diameter of nominal bore (DN) from 150 to 1500 mm (at customer's request - required non-standard DN)

Possible versions of explosive valves

1. to install the valve inside the building on the gas pipeline operating under vacuum or pressure up to 2 kPa (0.002 kg/cm2). Diaphragm made of asbestos cardboard.
2. for installation of the valve inside or outside the building on gas ducts, with pressure up to 40 kPa (0,04 kg/cm2). Seamed aluminum diaphragm.
3. for installation of the valve inside or outside the building on gas ducts, with pressure up to 150 kPa (0,15 kg/cm2). Seamed aluminum diaphragm.
4. for mounting the valve inside or outside the building on gas ducts, with pressure up to 150 kPa (0,15 kg/cm2). Seamless aluminum diaphragm with notch in the middle.

It is possible to produce rectangular explosion valves according to the customer's dimensions.
